I. K. Electrical’s insulation material range traces back to a state-owned insulation materials factory founded in 1979, giving the group more than four decades of manufacturing experience in this category. The range covers flexible laminates, polyester and polyimide films, insulation sleeves, and oil-resistant papers used to insulate windings, slots and phases in motors, transformers and other electrical apparatus.
Core insulation systems are certified to the UL Insulation System standard, giving OEM motor and transformer manufacturers a recognised basis for design qualification. Alongside standard materials, the team supports early-stage product development and application-specific problem solving for insulation-critical designs.
